Structured persona/instruction builderWalks through defining role, mission, audience, tone, and long-term goal, then compiles them into a single system-instruction block for the assistant.
Custom GPT creation in ChatGPTBuilds a GPT via the Configure tab: name, description, pasted instructions, 4 conversation-starter commands, and an uploaded knowledge-base file.
Equivalent build in Claude ProjectsRecreates the same assistant as a Claude Project with custom instructions and an attached knowledge file, showing the ChatGPT/Claude parity.
Live response comparisonSends the same customer-support email prompt to both the GPT and the Claude Project and compares tone, accuracy, and policy adherence side by side.
Iteration workflowRecommends piloting with real users, collecting 3-4 question feedback, then refining instructions and duplicating versions (v2, v3) to A/B the best variant.
