• Auto-scrapes a website into the knowledge baseInstead of manually typing company info, fonio can scrape the business's website and structure it as context for the AI automatically.
• Configurable prompt and conversation flowSetup covers voice selection, opening line, and a structured prompt with tone rules, conversation stages, and example dialogues to guide the AI's behavior.
• Rule-based email routing of call summariesSends a post-call summary email and can route different topics (e.g., wellness questions vs. parking questions) to different recipients.
• Live phone number for instant testingA real phone number can be purchased in-app and called directly so you can test the assistant's behavior before rolling it out.
