Real-time spoken AI interviewAI recruiter ('Ira') asks role-specific questions (e.g. data analysis) by voice and the candidate answers naturally, as in a live human interview.
Pre-interview device checksVerifies internet speed and requests camera/microphone permissions before the interview is allowed to start.
On-screen interview guidelinesShows guidance before starting — find a quiet place, use earphones, dress neatly — and requires explicit acknowledgment to proceed.
Automated scoring after completionOnce the interview ends, the platform calculates a result and later notifies the candidate by email/message whether they were selected.
Single-attempt, anti-cheating designThe interview cannot be retaken after submission unless the company issues a new invite, and recorded sessions are monitored for rule violations.
